Boresha Products

Hi folks. A few of you have been asking me how did I lose 26 lbs, so I will post exactly how I achieved that.

1. NUTRITION - It`s pretty simple, good solid clean eating. 5-6 small meals a day. Plenty of lean protein, veggies, good fats, low carbs and lots of water. I also use meal timing and carb cycling techniques to speed and trick my metabolism.

2. EXERCISE - OK. I sound like a broken record, but really I love any program by Chalene Johnson and BeachBody. The program I used was ChaLEAN Extreme, an intense circuit training weight lifting program. My current program is TURBOFIRE. I will get into that on a another post.

3. SUPPLEMENTS - These helped break through my plateau. My body loves to adapt and thrives on change. I use 3 main supplements and they are amazing to say the least:
